The three-year programme for everyone who wants to enter working life quickly.
Learn what matters in the world of work: alongside specialist knowledge and creativity, above all the ability to handle criticism and to work well with others. You learn this through hands-on exercises - independently and as a team. That leaves you well prepared for business professions, particularly in administration, hospitality and nutrition. Your final examination is equivalent to an apprenticeship qualification, replaces the entrepreneur's examination and opens the door to further study on the add-on course.
Eight weeks of compulsory work placement plus practice in the restaurant, health buffet and training firm
Three years of contemporary general education and business training, with a final examination that includes the apprenticeship qualification and the entrepreneur's examination
