The ideal preparation for further education in services, administration, hospitality and nutrition. It replaces the 9th school year and qualifies you for further schooling. Personal development, teamwork and social commitment are not neglected along the way. Supported by team teaching, you broaden your general knowledge and deepen your German and English.

Two semesters of extended general education

One foreign language - English

Six hours a week of practice in the kitchen and restaurant

One week of careers guidance in companies
