The five-year programme that creatively combines business, practice and general education.
You experience just how alive business can be every day, through lively discussions and real-world examples. Because knowledge alone is not enough. What matters in working life is structuring yourself and working constructively with others. That is why we place particular emphasis on self-directed learning and good teamwork. And our diploma examination, with a preliminary examination in kitchen and restaurant management, replaces the entrepreneur's examination and qualifies you for university.
3 months of compulsory work placement plus practice in the restaurant, health buffet and training firm
Five years of contemporary general education and business training
Two foreign languages - English and either Italian or Spanish
